Abstract

This article analyzes ways to increase the productivity of the seed sorting device. During the study, existing technologies and seed sorting equipment used in manufacturing enterprises were studied, and their advantages and disadvantages were identified. Furthermore, based on the literature analysis, the main factors influencing the seed sorting process have been scientifically substantiated. As a result of theoretical and applied research, a new technical solution aimed at increasing the efficiency of the sorting process was proposed. The design of the developed improved sorting device and its operating principle are described, and it has been proven through experimental tests that the device's productivity has increased significantly. The results obtained showed that the device is effective for use in agriculture and serves to improve the quality of seeds.
